The hotel offers a delightful experience with spacious rooms, fantastic service, and a great location close to the old town of Jerusalem. The dining is enjoyable, though with original dishes. The Wi-Fi for a separate fee is a drawback, but the friendly staff make up for it.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street, providing easy access to the locations we wanted to visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff, especially Nirvana, were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the surroundings were not as clean as we would have liked, and navigating the area posed some challenges due to untrustworthy drivers.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms, despite being a bit small, were surprisingly quiet, thanks to good soundproofing even though they faced the road. However, the rooms seemed a bit dated compared to the photos online. The service was generally very friendly, especially the restaurant staff and the gentleman in charge of room cleaning, though there were some hiccups like not being aware of some arrangements. The location was fantastic, offering a quiet retreat close to the Old City of Jerusalem with easy walking distance to key attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a diverse selection of breakfast items but perhaps lacking in overall quality. Overall, a decent value for the money spent.

The hotel was a bit disappointing considering the price charged per night for a room of three. The rooms, although down the corridor and in need of an update, did have an advertised tea/coffee maker that turned out to be just a kettle with no cups or provisions. The service, especially from the reception desk, was above average and very helpful. The location in East Jerusalem near the Damascus Gate was convenient for exploring the Old City and the West Bank, but not ideal for dining options. The hotel facilities could use some improvement to match the price point.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location is great for those interested in visiting El Aqsa Mosque and other nearby attractions. However, the rooms were not as spacious as expected and the noise made it difficult to sleep at night. The service was a bit slow initially due to a large check-in group, but the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating once things settled down. The dining experience was very good, especially for those exploring the nearby historic sites. The overall value for the money was decent considering the location and amenities.
